What are You Waiting For ?

Too many Times people let everyday Life be the excuse to NOT do something.
-I don't feel well
-I am tired, I didn't get enough sleep
-My children take up too much of my time.
-I will start after the Holidays
-I will start when I turn 35
-I will do it after my kids go off to college
-After I lose a few more pounds, then I will join the gym
-I will do it after this or that finalizes
-I will do it after I put aside this amount of $
-Etc... etc... etc...

There will NEVER be the perfect Moment... Life ebbs and flows each and every day, till the day You die...  And...  Here is the BIG ONE...
You have to be Willing and Choosing the CHANGE...
That is Usually what is creating all of the Stall tactics in Your Mind and Body
listed above.  Your bodies are meant to protect us, and change can appear to Your body as a perceived threat.

People Fear Change, get too comfortable, and unfortunately for some it takes a Huge EVENT - like an illness, divorce, even a car crash - for them to have their AHA moment...

Life goes by so Quickly... Seize the Opportunity to Step into Your Greatness...  Step beyond your Comfort Zone...  There are Opportunities all around You, all You have to do is DECIDE to want to DO it and from there create a Supportive Team around You who believes in You... and then Take Action...

Never stop Learning, Playing and Growing...

  2. Absolutely, it is not an overnight process however I know what I need to change and taking care of it. Change is scary and it hurts however, what is worse? Dealing with the temporary discomfort while making those changes or later on being angry with yourself and regretting that you did NOT make those changes? I choose the first.

  4. Hi Carly

I'm just starting to get back into things.
There is so many scary things rite now in my
life that is happening. The big thing is my health
    and my husband health.

I need allot of help because of our health like good
foods and things like that. Learning food labels.

I'm at the point where I'm sick of being sick and tired.

Plus I've gotten board playing face book games. So I've
started back with the groups I was in. I feel better doing
    that.

I all so feel good that I'm taking the time out to email
friends that are sick. I know from me being sick people will
pray for you than it seems like they for get all about you.
Because you don't hear from any of them. I've made it my goal
to reach out to friends I know that are sick or have lost a love
one not to for get about them and let them know some one cares.

My second goal is to show or teach others who are disabled its
not the end of the world and they can make a differences in there
    life or others.

Thanks for this bog and sorry my comment is so long
